- Manage creative team resourcing, ensuring that the right individuals are assigned to projects based on skill sets and workload.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to plan and prioritize creative tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects run smoothly.
- Oversee the workflow within the studio, ensuring projects move efficiently from brief to completion.
- Track the progress of multiple projects simultaneously, providing real-time updates to both the creative and client services teams.
- Coordinate creative reviews and internal feedback sessions, ensuring alignment between creative output and client expectations.
- Manage external freelancers and vendors as needed, ensuring seamless integration into the project workflow.
- Assist in developing and implementing processes to improve operational efficiency within the creative team.
- Lead resource planning meetings to ensure appropriate staffing levels across projects, and forecast upcoming resource needs.
- Support project kickoff meetings, facilitating creative team understanding of client goals and briefs.
- Participate in creative discussions, reviews, and approvals, leveraging your design experience to ensure top-notch creative output.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a creative or project management role within a design or creative agency.
- Proven ability to manage workflows, resourcing, and project timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in design or a strong understanding of design processes, with an eye for creative output and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote, with experience in Figma being a bonus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to serve as a bridge between creative teams and client services.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Teamwork) and resourcing software.
- Experience managing external freelancers and vendors, ensuring they fit seamlessly into project timelines.
- A proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and create solutions before they become issues.
- Familiarity with agency operations and an ability to help improve efficiency and workflows.
