As a Brand Strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping brand narratives and guiding creative direction through strategic thinking and actionable insights. You’ll partner closely with our creative, client, and production teams to build frameworks, craft positioning, and ensure that every project is grounded in strategy and aligned with client goals.

• Build strategic frameworks that guide creative development and establish clear measures of success.
• Support brand positioning through research, insights gathering, and strategic articulation.
• Develop and communicate strategic ideas to both internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and project management teams to plan and execute campaigns.
• Contribute to new business efforts, including proposals, pitches, and project scoping.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• 3–5 years of experience in a strategy role within an agency or brand environment.
• Strong ability to generate, articulate, and present strategic ideas.
• Proficiency in research, insights synthesis, and brand positioning.
• Experience building frameworks, campaign plans, or go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with comfort presenting to clients.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while operating with both detail orientation and big-picture thinking.
