Event Producer, Brand Experiences | Canada
At Victory, we create bold, world-class experiences for the world’s most iconic brands, leagues, teams, and athletes. From immersive brand activations and seeding kits to pop-ups, tours, and live experiences, we fuse storytelling, fabrication, production, and creative excellence into unforgettable moments that move culture.
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and high-energy Event Producer to lead the planning and execution of brand activations, seeding campaigns, and live events. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to bring ideas to life—on time, on budget, and with serious attention to detail.
This role is hands-on, high-output, and incredibly collaborative. You’ll be at the center of the action—from the first concept deck to the final load-out.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end production of brand activations, seeding kits, and events for global brands and cultural icons
- Lead project planning, timelines, budgets, and day-to-day logistics
- Collaborate across internal teams—Strategy, Creative, Design, Production—to turn concepts into real-world experiences
- Source and manage vendors for fabrication, logistics, AV, staffing, and more
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, keeping them informed, confident, and excited throughout the process
- Oversee on-site execution—managing crew, buildouts, and real-time troubleshooting with calm, clear leadership
- Drive operational excellence across every phase, from pre-pro through wrap
- Contribute to post-activation recaps and debriefs, helping elevate future executions
This role is built for a doer—a confident producer who thrives in the field and sweats every detail. You’ll be trusted to lead iconic work for iconic brands, backed by a collaborative, high-performing team.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience producing brand experiences, events, or experiential campaigns
- Proven ability to lead projects from pitch to wrap—balancing creativity, logistics, and client service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple builds and tight timelines simultaneously
- Direct experience with fabrication, permitting, vendor management, and site logistics
- Comfort navigating both large-scale productions and smaller, high-impact activations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills—calm under pressure, clear with direction
- A creative mindset and love for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in brand experience
- Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and be boots-on-the-ground when needed\
We believe our best work happens when we collaborate—fostering creativity, connection, and trust. While we value in-office time to build relationships, we also support flexibility through hybrid work. Victory is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels they belong and has the opportunity to grow.
